Iggy's Mobile Bakery

Cave Urban’s mobile bakery for Ludmilla and Igor Ivanovic of “Iggy’s Bakery” at the Woodford Folk Festival 2011-2014.

Constructed on a 2x6m trailer with a cage of recycled copper louvres around the oven and a bamboo frame and cladding, the bakery was oriented to serve from the end of the trailer with a camp kitchen tarp and extendible bamboo ridge beam that packs down flat for transportation. Side compartments slide out with sink, proofer and mixer for operation
