Portal, Woodford Folk Festival, 2018
A portal is a point through which we are transported between dimensions. The entry to the Woodford Folk Festival welcomes and farewells visitors and performers to and from a world of music and imagination. By day the shaded tunnel offers a pause before entering the spectacle. By night the vortex frames the experiences of the night to come.
